I must apologize for not getting you the pictures of my sailing kayak as promised.  Unfortunately I only used the boat three times last summer and all three in the upper river.  There were far too many boat wakes to keep the sail filled and the wind was too sporadic.  There was a brief period of good breeze and the boat hauled ass until the wind died again.  I'm hoping to use the boat more this coming summer as I just moved down the road from your shop and I'm close to the lake.  I've attached three pics here.  They are digital photos of film photos so the quality is pretty poor, but you'll get an idea of what the boat looks like.  When would be a good time to stop in and BS over a beer?
