  Our plotter speeds us up and makes us more consistent and efficient.
This system takes all guesswork out of sail design.

The plotter draws the sails' panels on the cloth, then they are scissor-cut
(hand cut saves us money due to the expense of automated cutting
and has much less chance of equipment failure and repair costs)
and then glued together and sewn.

We can make hundreds  of  "identical" sails or
custom-cut a unique sail with a few steps at the computer.

The software  that runs the PROSAIL plotter is used by sailmakers worldwide.
It was developed in New Zealand by programmers with many years of sailmaking
and sailing experience.
